Many health insurers cover telehealth similarly to
​in-person sessions. Contact your insurance company to inquire about benefits. ​
Telehealth may be offered if:
  • You are not feeling well, but you still would like to have your session. 
  • You live outside of Helena but are seeking specialty services in one of our treatment areas.
  • To participate in telehealth services, you need a secure, private location to participate in your session and a reliable internet connection.
